Seating
Accessible seat locations are available throughout the Lewis Family Playhouse. Please call 1-909-477-2752 for location and availability.
Entrances
The Victoria Gardens Cultural Center is wheelchair accessible from both its south (North Main Street) and north (Cultural Center Drive) entrances. Entrances are at sidewalk level (no steps). Row G is level with the entrance.
Elevators
Accessible elevators serve both levels of the Lewis Family Playhouse and are located on the back side of the purple staircase in the Lobby.
Restrooms
ADA-compliant restrooms are available on either side of the theatre as well as the Balcony level, accessible to patrons of both the Lewis Family Playhouse and the Paul A. Biane Library.
Parking
A limited number of ADA-compliant parking spaces are available in the parking garage on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchair-accessible elevators are available in the parking garage. In addition, metered parking is free with a displayed placard.
Assisted Listening
Assisted listening devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire with House Management upon your arrival. A personal credit card or driver’s license will be held by theatre staff until the device is returned after the performance.
Sign Language Interpreters
Signed performances are available upon request. For more information, call the Box Office at 1-909-477-2752 or email boxoffice@cityofrc.us. All requests require a 3-week advance notice.
