Accessibility

Seating

Accessible seat locations are available throughout the Lewis Family Playhouse. Please call 909-477-2752 for location and availability.

Entrances

The Victoria Gardens Cultural Center is wheelchair accessible from both its south (North Main Street) and north (Cultural Center Dr.) entrances. Entrances are at sidewalk level (no steps). Row G is level with the entrance.

Elevators

Accessible elevators serve both levels of the Lewis Family Playhouse, and are located on the back side of the purple staircase in the Lobby.

Restrooms

ADA-compliant restrooms are available on either side of the theatre as well as the Balcony level, accessible to patrons of both the Lewis Family Playhouse and the Paul A. Biane Library.

Parking

A limited number of ADA-compliant parking spaces are available in the parking garage on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wheelchair-accessible elevators are available in the parking garage. In addition, metered parking is free with a displayed placard.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available upon request, for no charge at the Lewis Family Playhouse. Assistive listening devices may be used by a patron to help enhance their enjoyment of the performance. Devices may be obtained at the Box Office prior to the performance. A personal credit card or driver's license will be held by theatre staff until the device is returned at the completion of the performance.

Sign Language Interpreters

Signed performances are available upon request. For more information, call the Box Office at 909.477.2752. All requests require a 3 week advance notice.
